About Us

              J. David Bray, Jr.

                                                                          J. David Bray, Jr. began Landford Thompson Furniture and Interiors in 2000 with an outlook towards the new milenium.  Brought up in the Construction and Finishing trades, he used these skills to finance  college. First, at  Georgia  State University  in Atlanta, then at Georgia College in historic Milledgeville, Georgia where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.

He did Visual Merchandizing for J.B. White and Montgomery Ward in Savannah as well as for Pinch of the Past for many years.  David also did furniture repair for Coopers in Palm Beach and worked for Stephen Forbes during his last Presidental bid aboard his yacht The Highlander.   He did a Historic Preservation internship with Noreene Parker in Savannah which he now calls home.

About Landford Thompson Furniture and Interiors he says "Interior Design seemed like the next logical step.  I don't think you have to have ASID beside your name to have taste.  You either have it or you don't.  Give me a talented amature any day.  "Professionals" always end up copying their rivals or worse, themselves."
